We also offer automatic Steel Wire Cutting & End Finishing
At OneSeal, we offer automatic cutting and end finishing of steel wire supplied on coils, providing consistent lengths and clean, easy-to-handle wire ends.
Our automated process handles steel wire in diameters from Ø3 mm to Ø6 mm, with cut lengths from 300 mm to 2,500 mm and a length tolerance of ±2.5 mm.
The wire ends are automatically finished to prevent fraying. This creates a clean, compact end that makes the wire easier to insert into tubes, fittings, joints and other components.
